Order Cancellations:
You are eligible for a full refund if your order is canceled prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Payment Errors:
If a payment was made in error or duplicated, we will issue a refund promptly.
Company Discretion:
In certain cases, refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the company.
Delivered Orders:
Refunds for delivered orders are generally not available. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of your bouquet, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery. We are committed to resolving any issues and may offer a replacement bouquet or a gift as a gesture of goodwill.
